Abstract

Within a company, business and technical people tend to be almost two different species. They have different languages, different priorities, different skills, different cultures, and different educational backgrounds. They often live separately despite being on the same team. The dividing line between the two is shrinking as the business world has been feeling pressure to become more technical. But what should we ask of the technical world?
